These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the pk377 platform, including all online casino games, sports betting services, account features, promotions, and any other services offered via pk377. All transactions on pk377 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited instantly. Withdrawals require a fully verified KYC account and are processed within the timeframes specified in the Payments section of this Agreement. No currency conversion fees are charged.
Any form of fraud, collusion, arbitrage betting, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of technical errors, money laundering, or any activity that pk377 determines to be abusive is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and may be referred to relevant authorities.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk377 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory authority and arbitration procedures specified herein.

By accessing the pk377 platform — whether through registration, pk377 Login, or any use of the platform's features — you unconditionally accept this Agreement in full. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and pk377.
If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the pk377 platform and, if applicable, request closure of your account in accordance with Section 10 of this Agreement.
pk377 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amended terms. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement periodically. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the pk377 platform. pk377 enforces strict age verification at the point of registration and again before processing any withdrawal request. Any person found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately closed and all funds — including any winnings — will be voided and forfeited.
3.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active pk377 account at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. pk377 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must update your account information promptly if any of this information changes. pk377 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
3.4 KYC Verification. pk377 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including (but not limited to) a copy of a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
3.5 Restricted Jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the pk377 platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pk377 does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gaming is expressly prohibited by law. pk377 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at its sole discretion.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk377 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pk377 immediately — via the support contact at [email protected] — if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. pk377 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. pk377 is entitled to rely on any instruction or communication that it reasonably believes originates from your account.
4.4 Personal Use Only. Your pk377 account is for your personal use only. You may not transfer your account, or any funds within it, to any other person. You may not allow any other person to use your account to place bets, participate in games, or access any platform features on your behalf.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pk377 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion fees are applied by pk377.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your pk377 account balance instantly upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within the same business day. pk377 accepts no liability for delays caused by your payment provider or financial institution.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and card payments, and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change; current limits are displayed on the deposit page of the pk377 platform.
5.4 Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds you are depositing are not proceeds of criminal activity, and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method being used. pk377 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.
5.5 Failed Transactions. If a deposit transaction fails after funds have been debited from your payment method but not credited to your pk377 account, you must contact pk377 support with the relevant transaction reference. pk377 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed transactions within five (5) business days.
6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals may only be requested by fully KYC-verified Account Holders. pk377 will not process any withdrawal request from an account that has not completed identity verification in full. Completing the pk377 Login and initiating a withdrawal from an unverified account will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold until verification is completed.
6.2 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect Account Holders from fraudulent withdrawal redirection. Where the original deposit method cannot receive a return transfer, pk377 will contact you to arrange an alternative verified method.
6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within two (2) to twenty-four (24) hours of the request being submitted. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required. pk377 is not responsible for delays caused by receiving financial institutions.
6.4 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed on the withdrawal page of the pk377 platform and are subject to change at pk377's discretion.
6.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus funds credited to your account are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only the cash component of your balance that exceeds wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the bonus amount being deducted from the withdrawal total.
7.1 General. pk377 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to Account Holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this section.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded to a pk377 account are subject to a wagering requirement of not less than twenty (20) times the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The exact wagering requirement applicable to each promotion will be stated clearly in that promotion's terms.
7.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed towards meeting a wagering requirement. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain instant games may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all. The contribution rates applicable to each game type will be detailed in the relevant promotion terms.
7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that remain unused, or wagering requirements that remain unmet, after the expiry period stated in the relevant promotion terms will be automatically removed from the account without notice. Real money funds in the account are not affected by bonus expiry.
7.5 Abuse of Promotions. pk377 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, placing opposing bets across accounts to meet wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting any error in bonus calculation.
7.6 Right to Modify. pk377 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts, except where the modification is required to correct a technical error.
8.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market available on the pk377 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game or market interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing any bet or wager. pk377 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to understand applicable game rules.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. pk377 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an erroneous price, where a market has been suspended, or where pk377 suspects the integrity of the event being wagered upon. In the event a void bet has already been settled, the original stake will be returned to the Account Holder's balance.
8.3 Cricket Betting. All PSL and international cricket betting markets on pk377 are subject to the official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of match abandonment, interruption, or result reversal, bets will be settled in accordance with the cricket betting rules displayed within the sports betting section of the platform.
8.4 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, pk377 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the stake to the Account Holder. pk377 is not liable for any losses claimed to result from technical issues on the user's own device or internet connection.
8.5 Results. The results displayed on the pk377 platform are final once officially settled. Disputes regarding settled results must be raised with pk377 support within seventy-two (72) hours of settlement. pk377 will not consider disputes raised after this period.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk377 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
10.1 By pk377. pk377 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that this Agreement has been breached, where continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to pk377, or where closure is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.
10.2 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure by pk377 for breach of this Agreement, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real Money Funds that are not subject to any active investigation or forfeiture action will be returned to the Account Holder via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
10.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your pk377 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any Real Money Funds remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned subject to the same conditions as outlined in clause 10.2 above.
10.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the pk377 platform for responsible gaming reasons may activate a self-exclusion via the account dashboard or by contacting support. All content on the pk377 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and page layout — is the property of pk377 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk377 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pk377 platform without the prior written consent of pk377. Any unauthorised use of pk377 intellectual property may result in immediate account closure and legal action.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk377 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.2 pk377's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 pk377 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Access to the platform may be suspended or restricted at any time for maintenance, updates, or regulatory compliance purposes.
12.4 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude pk377's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
pk377 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by incorporation. By registering a pk377 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pk377 may be required to share your personal data with regulatory authorities, financial intelligence units, or law enforcement agencies in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations. Such disclosures will be made only to the extent required by law and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Your continued use of the pk377 platform following the publication of any amended Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
16.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk377 holds its international gaming licence.
16.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting pk377 support with a clear description of the issue. pk377 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receiving your complaint.
16.3 Formal Dispute Resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within the timeframe above, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution procedures established by pk377's international gaming regulatory authority. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding on both parties.
16.4 Waiver of Class Actions. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action proceedings or multi-party claims against pk377.
